Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Senior Manager of Audience Services will be responsible for creating seamless audience experiences with ticket sales, merchandise, concessions, and front of house. The successful candidate will create a customer focused experience for guests of the theatre, manage box office and hospitality associates, and enact strategy to maximize earned revenue. The position will work across departments to optimize Tessitura (CRM software) and implement best practices. Hospitality Team Members will be trained to support the entire guest experience operations of Studio Theatre, including ticketing, food service, bartending, merchandising, lobby experience, and management of the audience to ensure that guests are seated correctly, the shows can start on time, and the patron experience is excellent from beginning to end.
