Associate Director of Marketing and audience development

An integral position of Studio Theatre’s Marketing & Communications Department, the Associate Director of Marketing & Audience Development (ADMAD) is responsible for the management and implementation of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies for Studio Theatre.  Tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, the ADMAD will supervise the Marketing Associate and Multimedia Designer. With the Director of Marketing & Communications and senior leadership, the position will strategize and support the development and execution of all short-term and long-term strategies for single ticket sales, subscription sales as well as institutional communications. The ADMC will analyze sales data, report trends, and make recommendations to increase ROI. Apply now. 

Executive Assistant and artistic Coordinator

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the Artistic Director, the Executive Assistant and Artistic Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the work of the Executive Office and Artistic Department. Qualified candidates will be able to support the achievement of institutional goals by providing exceptional organization, efficiency, and follow through. The individual is responsible for the smooth operation of the executive office, manages the Artistic Director and Managing Director calendars and travel, builds and maintains the Executive office budget, and coordinates institutional meetings and gatherings. The Executive Assistant and Artistic Coordinator also works closely with the Associate Artistic Director to provide administrative support for the Artistic Department. S/he handles script requests, maintains casting records, manages the casting budget, and supports the coordination of casting sessions. Apply Now.

Hospitality Team Member

Hospitality Team Members will be trained to support the entire guest experience operations of Studio Theatre, including ticketing, food service, bartending, merchandising, lobby experience, and management of the audience to ensure that guests are seated correctly, the shows can start on time, and the patron experience is excellent from beginning to end. Full and part time positions are available. Hours are flexible and there are shifts available weekdays during the day, weekday nights and weekends. Apply now.
