Studio Theatre now seeks a seasoned Director of Development (DoD) to grow a high-performing development operation to serve the philanthropic needs of Studio Theatre. The DoD is a self-directed, results-oriented, front-line fundraiser responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of organizational fundraising strategies—both internal and external—to generate nearly $3 million in contributed revenue annually. In addition, Studio is in the middle of a $25 million comprehensive campaign. The DoD will lead this campaign called Open Studio to upgrade facilities, invest in artistic innovation, open the building to the community, and create financial sustainability. Hospitality Team Members will be trained to support the entire guest experience operations of Studio Theatre, including ticketing, food service, bartending, merchandising, lobby experience, and management of the audience to ensure that guests are seated correctly, the shows can start on time, and the patron experience is excellent from beginning to end.
