With over 50,000 square feet of event space, Studio Theatre’s charismatic, industrial-style complex offers a wide range of memorable, multi-functional spaces, with amenities to meet your event’s every need. Renovated in 2022, all of our spaces are designed to promote intimacy, closeness, and personal connection, and enable planners and presenters to directly engage with their attendees.

Originally conceived as a black box theatre, Stage 4 is one of our most versatile event spaces. Most well-suited for panel discussions, forums, receptions, and small performances, Stage 4 can be easily arranged in any configuration for any event. With loose seating for maximum customization, the chic, industrial-style space features exposed brick walls, and large warehouse-style windows overlooking 14th Street.

Studio’s Atrium is a beautiful, two-story space, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer incredible natural light and a sweeping view of 14th Street during the day. A great location for special events, receptions, and seated dinners, the Atrium is centrally located to complement most other spaces in our building, offering a unique experience to form lasting memories of your time at Studio.

The Large Meeting Room is a modern workspace great for meetings, small panel discussions, and breakout sessions. The space has easily movable tables and seating for any configuration, and is equipped with microphones, speakers, cameras, and a large-screen television for remote events. It also features a skylight window, offering ample natural light throughout the day.

Added as part of our Open Studio renovations in 2022, Studio’s first dedicated rehearsal space is an excellent choice for workshops, rehearsals, meetings, breakout sessions, and intimate dinners. The Rehearsal Hall features hardwood floors, wall-length mirrors that can be covered by a curtain, and spectacular warehouse-style windows across two full walls, overlooking the Logan Circle neighborhood and flooding the space with natural light throughout the day.
187 Fixed Theatre Seats | 2,500 Square Feet
Located on the second floor, the Milton Theatre is an intimate, personal fixed-seat space. With every seat situated within 20 feet of its semicircular stage, the Milton is well-suited for performances and panel discussions. The backstage area opens into a dressing room with nine dressing stations and a private restroom.
100 Standing | 1,250 Square Feet
Designed as the Milton Theatre’s adjacent lobby space, the Milton Bar is an excellent standalone event space in its own right, perfect for cocktail hours, intimate parties, and smaller receptions. It features a 26.5-foot bar, a variety of different seating options, a ten-stall gender-neutral restroom, and large industrial windows overlooking 14th Street.
225 Fixed Theatre Seats | 3,500 Square Feet
As the space where we first made a home in Logan Circle, the Mead Theatre is quintessentially Studio - perfect for performances, panel discussions, and other interactive presentations. The largest of Studio’s theatre spaces, the Mead is still an intimate venue that promotes direct connection, with a three-sided thrust stage that prompts audience members to interact and respond to a presenter or panelist. The backstage area offers a green room, 11 dressing stations, and two private bathrooms.
