Call Studio’s Box Office at 202.332.3300 and have your patron ID number available at least 24 hours in advance of your current performance. If you have received hard tickets, please discard them.
Download and complete our exchange form and fax it, along with a copy of your torn tickets, to 202.332.1187.
If you have hard tickets, download and complete our exchange form. Mail this form, along with your torn tickets, to the Box Office.
Bring your tickets to the Box Office window during regular hours for an exchange (except during the hour prior to any performance).
All exchanges must be requested at least 24 hours before the performance you are exchanging out of, and are only available to subscribers. Studio cannot guarantee that the same seats will be available for any other performance. An upgrade fee is required should you exchange into a more expensive performance date, time, or seating section. An upgrade charge will be incurred should you exchange into a more expensive performance date, time, or seating section. Special offer subscriptions, like the three-play holiday package, will incur ticket upgrade charges if changing out of the day you originally purchased into another day. You can always call the Box Office at 202.332.3300 if you have questions about exchanging tickets.
Subscribers who have missed their 24-hour deadline to exchange may still be able to see the show on a space-available basis. We cannot guarantee seating once you have missed your scheduled performance date.
