Meet the Pass
The Pass gives you the ultimate flexibility, plus perks. Enjoy discounted tickets, no fees, and unlimited exchanges to any show, at any time. See one show with five friends, six shows by yourself, treat someone special to three date nights or mix it up on your own. Passes start in quantities of six, but the more you buy, the more you save. The All Access Pass can be used for any performance, while the Weeknight Pass is for performances on Sunday evenings through Thursday evenings.
Does the pass expire?
Yes. You have until the end of the season in which you purchased the passes for, to redeem your tickets. There are no restrictions other than availability, so you could use all your tickets on one show, or space them out throughout the season - entirely up to you! The final offering will be Showroom, a performance series in June/July 2019. More information to come. The Pass CANNOT be used the following season.
Can I give the pass as a gift?
Yes, the Pass makes the perfect gift. You will need to provide the gift recipient's name, address, and email address. Then we'll be able to make their account and ensure that their tickets are easily redeemable. You can give passes in ticket quantities of six, eight, or ten. Call the Box Office at 202.332.3300 and we will walk you through the process.
If I have accessibility needs, how do I ensure that they're met?
While you're able to see the seats you're selecting (except in our General Admission houses), it is best to call the Box Office at 202.332.3300
or email firstname.lastname@example.org
with any specific requests. We'll be able to advise on seat location / offer additional accommodations (assisted listening devices, sign interpreted performance dates, audio description. etc).
What are the benefits of the pass?
Benefits of the pass include flexibility, unlimited online exchanges, and no fees.
I have Weeknight passes but I want to go to a weekend performance. Can I use my pass?
Yes. You may redeem Weeknight passes but you will need to pay the cost difference between a weeknight and a weekend.
How do I use the pass?
Log in to your account on Studio's website (if you've forgotten your password, reset it here
). You'll be able to redeem your passes from the Ticket Information
page. Select the date you'd like on the Calendar page and click "buy". When checking out, make sure to select the "flex pass" price, or you will be unable to complete your order. You do not need to use all your passes in the same order.
what if I cannot redeem my passes?
If you cannot complete your redemption for any reason, please call the box office at 202.332.3300.
