The Studio Theatre has been committed to Washington, DC’s Logan Circle neighborhood for more than 30 years, leading the transformation of the 14th Street corridor from an area scarred by the 1960s riots into what is today one of Washington, DC’s most vibrant mixed-use neighborhoods. Today, the “Studio District” is filled with galleries, restaurants, bars, and retail shops, as well as number of historic and contemporary residences—an eclectic, vibrant neighborhood that is one of the hippest in the nation’s capital.

In celebration of the Studio Theatre’s 30th anniversary in 2007, the Council of the District of Columbia and the Mayor of the District of Columbia issued a resolution recognizing the Studio’s pioneering and transformative role in the cultural life of the city. Enhance your theatre experience by exploring this cultural hub and taking advantage of the many exemplary services and amenities provided in the “Studio District.”
