[Studio-Volunteers] You can still help with the Annual Gala

                  The Studio Theatre still needs a few volunteers for our
Pre-Event set ups

                  Friends and fans of The Studio Theatre will fill the
stages, studios, lobbies and atrium of our elegant complex for
                  The Studio Theatre’s 30th Anniversary Gala: Let them Eat
Cake.
                  Guests will revel in the cake and candle world of Marie
Antoinette, for an evening rich in decadence and sensual delights.

                  We are looking for volunteers to help with the set up of:
                  46, 10 person, tables
                  event equipment
                  General venue set up
                  and other stuff.


                  Help with this project will mean an even more successful
and less stressful event for the 30 year old theatre.

                  We are looking to fill

                  5 spots Thursday 1/31/08 any time 10am - 6pm
                  10 spots Friday 2/1/08 4pm - 8pm
                  5 spots Saturday 2/2/08 10am - 2pm
                  10 Spots Saturday 2/2/08 2pm - 6pm

                  Those with:
                  experience in technical theatre
                  certified food handlers
                  catering assistance
                  interior decorating
                  or events planning

                  will be exceptionally useful.
                  ALL ARE WELCOME!

                  If you you think you can help out during the times listed,
either click the link associated, or email volunteer at studiotheatre.org can
copy the slot you can help out with into the subject line. There is no dress
code for this type of volunteer.

                  Volunteers are provided with a meal, snacks throughout the
day, direct support from our artistic and administration staff and  of
course tickets to the theatre!
