                  The Studio Theatre Annual Retreat
                  The Studio Theatre has been known for offering it's
volunteers fun and interesting ways, aside for ushering,  to contribute to
the theatre.

                  Here is an opportunity that would not, honestly, fall in
either....but we do need some help.
                  The Studio Theatre will be hosting it's Annual Retreat
this weekend FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY April 11, 12 and 13, 2008. The
Retreat weekend is a time for the Staff, Board and Artists of the theatre to
talk about and plan out the entirety of the next season. It's a taxing time
for all involved and we, once again, look to our great volunteers for some
help.

                  Earn 2 tickets to any show of the season, for every 4hours
worked!



                        When you are asked to help:
                        This event takes place

                        FRIDAY April 11, 2008
                        SATURDAY April 12, 2008
                        and
                        SUNDAY April 13, 2008
                        What will be asked of you:
                        There is some light administrative work, setting up
of a few meals, general reception and small errands.

                        Where is the Studio Theatre Annual Retreat?
                        The annual retreat will NOT take place at The Studio
Theatre. It will be hosted by a law-firm 2.5 blocks from the Union Station
Metro Station.


                        Now, we won't lie to you, most of the time you'll be
pretty bored.
                        So... bring a book, work on your lines ...maybe even
bring your scene partner, work on your laptop...whatever helps you pass the
time, all the while knowing
                        1: You're help is really needed/appreciated and
                        2: You're getting free tickets valid for the rest of
the season!

                        We'll need help early in the morning through late at
night, so it can fit just about anyone's schedule who can help.
                        Please let us know if you have any dietary
restrictions, as all volunteers will be provided with an appropriate meal.
