Alexander Technique Workshop
Musical Theatre Workshop

ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE WORKSHOP
June 23 + 24

In this introductory workshop, the student will begin to learn to recognize and relinquish unwanted patterns of thought, movement, and behavior. When these patterns are released and the deeper core support of the body activated, the actor's artistic choices become more creative, spontaneous, and expressive.

MUSICAL THEATRE WORKSHOP
July 28 + 29

This workshop is designed to meld the worlds of music and theatre. Each participant will examine and explore the acting and singing of a song. Emphasis will be both on singing and performance techniques, as well as relaxing and opening the voice.
